January 24, 2006 - Philadelphia, Penn. - Safend, an international leader in endpoint security, has won the Bronze Award for SearchWindowsSecurity.com’s “Testing and Auditing” category of TechTarget’s annual Products of the Year Awards for Safend Protector.

SearchWindowsSecurity.com is one of eight websites published by TechTarget for IT professionals and executives.More than 400 products were submitted for evaluation in the awards process and according to TechTarget editors, the winning entries are “products enterprise IT professionals should consider adding to their ‘A’ lists of products to evaluate.”

The winning entries were products shipped between September 30, 2004 and October 1, 2005 and were assessed using the following criteria:innovation, performance, ease of integration into existing environments, ease-of-use, and manageability, functionality, and value.
